Shipping policy
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery service, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. You should also recieve a confirmation email from The Royal Mail.
Royal Mail aims to deliver:
- Tracked 24: Usually within 1 working day after dispatch
- Tracked 48: Usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and packed before being handed over to Royal Mail. Please check the individual product page or your order confirmation for any applicable processing or dispatch times, particularly for handmade or made-to-order products.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, rather than from the date your order is placed.
